Elin - love it, again love how you kept the swedish spelling. gorgeous.

Ella - its ok. a bit too common nowadays.

Agnes - so classic and beautiful. its not a name misspronounced in sweden because its swedish. its just like the name elizabeth. nobody ever misspronounces it. its a timeless name.

Olivia - such a pretty name but its becoming very popular in sweden and remember they pronounce it as oh-lee-vee-ah

Emelie - love it. again the traditional spelling makes it 10 times better. also its not common in sweden like it is in the rest of the world.

Reply:Girl:

Emma: I love this name however it is becoming increasingly popular. You should probably keep that in mind because it can be a pain for the child to be surrounded by children with the same name.

Maja (maya): I went to school with a girl named Maja and I love the name, it is slightly unusual and different but pronouncable.

Alice: I love this name, it is very classic and timeless, easy to pronounce and not overly common. It is one of my favourites on the list.

Ida: This name, while beautiful, reminds me more of an elderly woman rather than a little girl but old names are making a comeback...

Elin: This name is not a favourite of mine but it is usable.

Ella: This is another of my favourites on the list. The name is gorgeous and actually is what I want to name my little girl if I have one.

Agnes (ahn-yah): My first instinct was to pronounce Agnes as AG nes, which could cause some confusion.

Olivia: Gorgeous name. I can't think of any downsides.

Emelie (emily): Another of my personal favourites (along with Ella), and the spelling is absolutly beautiful.

Frida (freeda): Freeda sounds pretty but it is not one of my favourites.

Sofia (sophia): Beautiful and easy to pronounce. Also, I prefer this spelling to the more popular Sophia. :)

Josefine: This name is so pretty and is also very, very timeless. Paired with a cute nickname such as Josie, I think that it would be perfect.

Nora: This is actually my grandmothers name (haha), so I have a hard time picturing a little girl with the name but personal experiences aside, I can't see a problem with the name.

Molly: This name is cute and I can see it aging well. It suits both a little girl, a teenager and an adult.

Emmy: This is cute but I see it more suitable as a nickname for a longer name than as something that stands alone.

Elina (eh-lee-nah): This name is adorable and gives the option of the nickname Lina, which I love.

Jasmine: This is not my favourite name, but each to their own.

Liv: I think that this is more suitable as a nickname, maybe for Olivia?

Freja (fraya): Not really doing it for me.

Annie: This name will always be associated to Little Orphan Annie for me, so no.

Felicia: I also went to school with a girl named Felicia who went by the nicknames Filly and Leshia. Cute, but not my favourite.

Boy:

William: Its a nice name, classic and timeless.

Simon: While I associate the name Simon with Simon Cowell, the American Idol judge, not everyone might share this association.

Alexander: I love the name Alexander but I am not fond of the nickname Alex.

Lucas: I love the name Luca, and this is pretty close I guess.

Adam: This name is one of my all-time favourite names so it gets my vote :)

Marcus: I love this with the nickname Mark.

Isak: Sorry, this name isn't doing it for me.

David: I went to school with a David who was hilarious so this name brings up good memories (haha). It's a nice choice.

Jonas: This name I think will forever be associated with the Jonas brothers for this generation, so probably not the best option.

Hugo: Cute, I haven't considered it before but the more I think about it, the more I like it.

My favourite girls names are: Emilie and Sofia

With other nice ones being: Alice, Ella and Molly.

My favourite boys names are: Hugo and Adam

With other nice ones being: Lucas and William
