Dutch or Swedish names?

I'm looking for beautiful Dutch or Swedish names for a girl. I'm half Dutch and half swedish and my fiance is a quarter dutch and a quarter swedish and we would love a name that represents our daughters nationalities. Any ideas?

Reply:I hope you will not choose adrie for a girl. it is a boys name, Report Abuse

Reply:The only one I know that may be suitable is friends (Dutch) who were living in Norway at the time of their children's birth and were not sure if they would live in Norway or the Netherlands, and so wanted a name to suit both.

They named their daughter Ingeborg and for short they call her Inkie (or Ingie depending on Dutch/Norwegian pronounciation) ...... a very sweet girl with a sweet name to match!
Reply:Marijke, Saskia, Annette, Inge, Flortje, Leni, Marianne, Tori, Isabel, Marit, and Laura are all very pretty Dutch names.
